WHEEL HELP DESK

Getting Help While You Use the Lucky Wheel

If a spin outcome does not post to your account, or you see a mismatch between the displayed segment and the credited amount, our support team can pull the round record and verify it against the server log. Reach us through live chat in the lobby or via the account help form — both routes have a Lucky Wheel category you can select to speed up the queue.

Team online

Live Chat

Open the chat widget inside the lobby and select Lucky Wheel from the topic list. Our team checks the round log and responds with the verified outcome details.

Account Help Form

Submit a ticket through your account dashboard. Attach the spin time and round ID shown in your history tab so our team can match it to the server record.

Spin History Log

Your account keeps a full spin history under Transaction History. Each Lucky Wheel round shows the segment landed, the credit applied, and the timestamp — useful before you contact support.

FAIR WHEEL STANDARDS

How We Keep the Lucky Wheel Outcomes Fair

Every Lucky Wheel round at mbi123 runs on a certified random outcome engine supplied by the game provider. Segment probabilities are not adjusted mid-session, and the result of each spin is determined before the visual animation plays — what you see on screen reflects the server result, not the other way around. RTP figures are shown where the provider makes them available.

Fixed Segment Weights

Each wheel segment carries a probability set by the provider at build time. These weights do not change between spins, and the same table applies to every account on the platform.

Server-Side Result First

The outcome is determined on the server before the wheel animation runs. The spin visual you watch is a replay of the result — the number is already settled when the wheel starts moving.

Provider Audit Trail

Studios like Pragmatic Play and PG Soft submit their wheel mechanics to third-party auditors. Where audit certificates are published by the provider, we link to them from the game detail screen.

Round Record Retrieval

Every spin generates a round ID stored against your account. If an outcome looks wrong, support can retrieve the exact server result for that ID and compare it against what was credited.

mbi123 What the Lucky Wheel at mbi123 Actually Offers

What the Lucky Wheel at mbi123 Actually Offers

The Lucky Wheel runs as a dedicated round separate from the main slot and live casino lobbies. Each segment on the wheel carries a defined reward — account credits, entry to high-cap games like Crash Game or People's Champion Slots, or a spin-feature multiplier on selected titles from Pragmatic Play and PG Soft. The wheel is weighted, meaning each segment's probability is

fixed and published at the point of play wherever the provider exposes that data. Players in Melaka and elsewhere across Malaysia access it the same way: open the lobby, find the wheel under the Promotions tab, and spin with your active account balance. No side downloads needed

Lucky Wheel Terms You Should Know

New to spin-based reward rounds? These are the terms that come up most often when players ask about how the Lucky Wheel works at mbi123.

01
What is a wheel segment weight?

Each slice on the Lucky Wheel has an assigned probability. A heavier-weighted segment appears more often; a lighter one less often. The full weight table covers all segments and must add up to 100%.

02
What does RTP mean on a Lucky Wheel?

RTP stands for Return to Player — the long-run percentage of total wagers a wheel is designed to return as rewards. This figure is published only where the game provider makes it available.

03
What is a multiplier segment?

A multiplier segment applies a set factor to your stake or a base reward amount. Landing on a 3x multiplier segment, for example, triples the reward value assigned to that slice before it credits your account.

04
What does 'round ID' mean in Lucky Wheel history?

A round ID is a unique reference code generated for each spin. It links your spin to the server-side result record, and support uses it to verify the outcome if there is any dispute about what was credited.

05
What is a wagering condition on a wheel reward?

Some wheel rewards carry a wagering condition — a requirement to place a set multiple of the reward as bets before the credit converts to withdrawable funds. The condition is shown on the reward detail screen before you spin.

06
What does 'active balance' mean for a Lucky Wheel spin?

Active balance refers to the account funds available to trigger a spin. Pending deposits or funds still under a wagering condition may not count until they clear, depending on the wheel's entry rules.
